Our rooms were spacious and had nice cold air conditioning, plus our own bathroom with a fancy water heater shower – totally luxurious! the staff here were super helpful and crazy friendly, always ready to assist with a smile 😊.

One drawback of our stay was the lack of hot water in the room. the water was only lukewarm at best, which made it uncomfortable for us to take showers.

my valentine's day stay at the hotel in phan thiet was amazing! cocosand truly exceeded my expectations. the staff went above and beyond to help us out during a few crisis situations, and the garden was the perfect spot to relax under the palm trees. highly recommended!

No room cleaning during our stay.

The guestrooms at Cocosand Hotel are clean, comfortable, and come with air conditioning. As a bike rider after a long day on the road, it's great to come back to a room that offers a cool and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary toiletries in the private bathroom are also a nice touch.

Personally, I found the TV in the room to be unnecessary. Being an active traveler, I would rather spend my time exploring the beautiful surroundings of Phan Thiet than watching TV.

They even helped us with our laundry and organized our onward travel at no extra cost. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
